The New House!

Our projected completion date is May 1, 2012...I really can't believe we are building a house. It seems so grown up. Anyway, things are ticking right along with the building process. Below is a picture of what structure of the outside will look like, we have chosen different colors and those are photographed below too. We would appreciate your continued prayers as our current house is still for sale!

He seems excited and so are we!

Football Time in Tennessee!

The weekend before Thanksgiving Michael & I attended the UT game in Knoxville. We ran into our friend Smo and an old college roommate of mine too. Small World! We had decent seats but were able to move to Smo's section soon after the game started. We even won in OT. It was a great game! Go Vols!

My "Gator Lovin" Husband sporting TN Orange...love him!

Girls Weekend 2011

This years Annual Girls Weekend was our 6th year going! Every fall my mom, sisters, & I rent a cabin in Pigeon Forge...just girls. We relax, watch movies, sit in the hot tub, & SHOP. Our intention is to get a head start on Christmas shopping but some years are more successful than others. What do the boys do while we are gone? Who knows!

Pumpkin Carving with our Friends

Our Sunday School Class gets together each October for a Carving Party and we enjoyed going this year. We are so blessed to have these great friends!

Camping!

In October we went on our 1st Camping Trip along with a few of our friends! It was so much fun, we can't wait to go again. We did a short hike to see these beautiful falls.

Happy 60th Birthday Mom!

Saturday we celebrated my Mom's 60th Birthday! We had BBQ and fun times out at Terry's farm with friends and family. It was great time to celebrate mom and all she does and means to us. We love you mom!

House for SALE!

Back in June we decided to list our house For Sale By Owner. We tried for 4 months with some showings/interest but nothing ever came out of it. During that time we stalked the real estate sites and visited many homes with our relator Caroline Outlaw. She is wonderful and we totally recommend her if you are looking for someone! We just could not find anything we loved that was for sale. Which lead us to look into building...and that is what we have settled on. Our home is now listed with Caroline and we pray it sells soon so we can begin this adventure of building a home! We will keep you posted with that process...

Cruise - Anniversary Trip

To my surprise Michael suggested we take a cruise to celebrate our 1st Anniversary. Since he was in the US Navy I thought trips on boats were out of the question, as he always referred to the idea as "work". But we went and had a great time! We are already planning the next one. Special thanks to Aunt Allison for taking such great care of Reece!
